This photo in the album reminds me of my first advertisement assignment for an ice-cream brand with the great artist Prakashji, my Godfather.
Impressed by my performance, he referred me for many projects.
From a child artist to the most influential star, I was lost in the race for stardom.
In his later years, Prakashji's fame faded and he was not seen much on-screen. Maybe, I could have done something.
Today, he succumbed to his prolonged illness and I regret not paying him the "Guru Dakshina".
Why do we realize the value of someone only after losing them?
